Color Scheme Painting: For this project we had to choose a person to draw and paint and I chose Liza Koshy. We had to draw a grid out and draw their face and body to scale. Then we used tempera paints for each of the 8 color schemes which included: warm, cool, analogous, complimentary, split complimentary, triad, monochromatic, and true. (insert picture here) Tempera Batik Practice: In this project, we learned what the method of tempera batik was and how to make it look good in our artwork. I experimented with different shapes and with the technique itself to see where I drew with the soft pastel affected how my piece looked. (I explained all of the steps in my Tempera Batik Final.)
